The room I stayed in was stylish, very clean, and had a private terrace, balcony, and comfortable beds, which was a nice surprise.

The property was gorgeous with excellent and amazingly friendly staff on the reception desk, I liked the stay. The room was impressive and generous sized, and with a nice view especially at sunset. The bathroom was best, included a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets. The location was stunning, just a pleasant stroll away from Chedraui.

The staff was outstandingly accommodating and super-friendly, gave advice about the city. The location was particularly good and AMAZING, to the "happening" area north of the island, in the beautiful area.

This place has a nice view of the sea and is in a beautiful location on the Yucatan peninsula.

We had a comfortable and well-designed room with great food and the best bathroom, plus an extremely comfy bed.

The location in a beautiful area was lovely. There were shopping centers and boutiques nearby. All the staff was very attentive and resolved my issues.

We had a fantastic time staying at Bahia Tolok. The apartment was spacious with two big bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace where we could relax. The outdoor area with the pool and sunbeds was beautifully maintained. We enjoyed walking to the beach in the mornings and taking taxis to explore the island. we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

Bahia Tolok is a charming place to stay just a mile away from El Patio. The staff at the reception desk are very friendly. The rooms are beautifully decorated and have comfortable beds. Plus, the hotel has a great restaurant available for guests.

The location was perfect, with close proximity to the vibrant nightlife and shopping in the north end, as well as the tranquil southern area. One of the highlights of our trip was snorkeling at Garrafon de Castillo, which was easily accessible from the hotel. The welcoming entrance and comfortable grounds, with plenty of hammock chairs to relax in, created a relaxing atmosphere. Francis at the front desk was friendly, fun, and incredibly helpful. The breakfast area was lovely, and we enjoyed the delicious food, especially the fresh squeezed orange juice. The coffee bar was also a delight.

The value for money was excellent, as the prices were very reasonable. The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the well-maintained rooms and the cozy beds. I loved having a kitchen in the room, which was an added convenience. The friendly staff provided excellent service and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, close to the harbor and away from the busy night life, but still within reach of the public beaches. The balcony in my room offered a beautiful view, and I enjoyed starting my day with the included breakfast. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of its basic amenities, staff, and the overall experience.
